Conservation work of Shalimar Garden in full swing in Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir government started conservation work of the historical and heritage Shalimar Garden in Kashmir. It is going on jointly with the help of Jindal Vijayanagar Steel Ltd (JSW), a prominent organisation in the country. The entire damaged portion includes centuries-old paper mache work of pavilions, walls, paths, fountains, and water channels, that are restoring with traditional style.
