@promix was kind enough to send me these delicious Blueberries & Cream Protein Puff Bars. These things taste like a Rice Krispie treat. There’s way less sugar and there are no artificial ingredients so clearly it doesn’t taste exactly like one, but come on, be realistic- they’re pretty damn close. They’re 150 calories with 15g protein so these suckers pass the test (10g protein per 100 calories). They also have 4g of fiber while being, again, delicious.
