Help us bring more such videos to you by taking this survey. https://goo.gl/vRxZsm Full Recipe: 1. Remove thawed New York Strips from the packaging, and pat-dry thoroughly with a paper-towel. For best results, it’s extremely important that you start seasoning the meat when it’s reached room temperature. 2. Season well with flavored salt (Garlic Salt or Rock Salt) and freshly ground Pepper. 3. Fire up the grill. We recommend cranking the heat up on one side of the grill, and keep the other side on a medium flame. 4. With tongs, rub an oil soaked cloth on the grill. Once both sides of the grill have reached the desired amount of heat, place the seasoned meats at a 45 degree angle to the grill on the hot end. 5. After one minute on the grill, rotate the New York Strip by a quarter turn to get criss-crossed grill marks. 6. After TWO minutes, flip the meat over to grill the other side. 7. Grill the other side of the meat for two more minutes, and then slide the meats on to the medium flame side of the grill. 8. Grill on the medium flame for TWO more minutes. Then, with a meat-thermometer, check the internal temperature of the beef. We recommend a medium-rare cook for the NY Strips - 120*F. 9. Take the meat off the grills once the optimum internal temperature is reached. Let the strips rest for at least 8 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain for the best cuts.
