Senate adopts resolution no. 144, urging ICC to place FPRRD under house arrest | GMA Integrated News

The Senate adopted a resolution which urges the ICC to place ex-President Rodrigo Duterte under house arrest for "humanitarian condition." Majority Leader Migz Zubiri and Minority Leader Alan Cayetano signed Senate resolution no. 144, the Senate asked the ICC to designate a physician for Duterte who will examine if his detention would worsen his medical condition. If proven true, the resolution would appeal to place him under House arrest instead.
