Complaint phone# 216 356 3210 Cleveland RTA bus driver arrived at Cedar University Transit Center. He should have driven forward on the far left side, to Downtown. Instead, he drove forward & parked on the right side, "to D. Myers Pkwy". He then stepped off of the bus & walked into the Transit Center. When he walked out, an elderly male passenger approached the bus driver & asked him to please continue driving because he needed to get bus 10. The RTA driver was offended. He opened the plastic barrier door that the drivers have on their immediate right-hand side. Instead of just moving along, he seemed to be angered by the passenger's request. No one was yelling. I then told the passenger to stop talking to the RTA driver because I needed bus 9 that was arriving at bus 11's next stop, & this bus driver wasn't going to move the bus if the passenger continued to talk to him, in a polite manner. "O.K., let's just say that he's an asshole & move along." The RTA driver, who should have "left the station" 5 minutes earlier, got out of his seat & in a threatening manner asked, "What the fuck did you call me?" I politely responded, "an asshole." He then refused to drive the bus to the next stop. I hate Cleveland, & I hate public transportation. Knowing that Cleveland RTA, the Transit police, & the Cuyahoga County Ohio Sheriff arranged more than 1 assault & harassment against me by more than 1 person; they informed an African male of my whereabouts for over 2 years which means that THEY have extensively stalked me...this driver then called Transit Police to cry. When I saw them, I was very kind & polite. That's the Italian female. What I actually wanted to say & do...
