The innovators talk about three key priorities to the development of the Enlite CGM sensor – reduction in steps for the user, improved accuracy, and improved comfort. In addition to the intuitive design of the Enlite serter which make it easier to use, the patient will never have to see a needle during the insertion process. The Enlite CGM sensor is 31% more accurate and approved for six days of use, which is twice as long as the previous CGM sensor from Medtronic. The comfort of the Enlite sensor is also greatly improved.
