Delhi to Kolkata in just 23 hours via Yamuna, Agra Lucknow, Purvanchal Expressway with KTM ADV 250

#yamunaexpressway #purvanchalexpressway #agralucknowexpressway #soloride #bengalivlog #longride #spiti #bengalivlog #motovlog #bpositive Welcome to the last episode of my Solo Spiti series from Kolkata where I have started from Delhi and reached Kolkata with my KTM Adventure 250 via Yamuna expressway, Agra Lucknow expressway, Purvanchal expressway and Kolkata Delhi Highway covering a whopping 1550 Kilometres in just 23 hours. I started off from Palam, New Delhi at 5 am in the morning and in 30 mins i connected to Yamuna expressway near greater Noida. The yamuna expressway toll for the bike was 205 INR to reach Agra. Try to refuel from the petrol pump from Yamuna expressway before getting connected to Agra Lucknow expressway. I had to take a 2 Km detour towards Agra to refuel and then I got connected to Agra Lucknow expressway at about 8:15 AM. Agra lucknow expressway toll plaza is just 20 Kilometres away from the entry point and Agra lucknow expressway toll price for Bike was 325 INR to reach Lucknow. If you are traveling from Agra to lucknow by bike, it's better to use the expressway because one can maintain an average speed of 100 KMPH throughout the 320 kilometres stretch. Else in normal condition, Delhi to lucknow by road can take up to around 5-6 hours by GT road. I reached Lucknow around 12 PM. Lucknow to kolkata by road is full of surprises. The road via Purvanchal Expressway is a bliss. After crossing Lucknow city and getting connected to Purvanchal Expressway, I reached purvanchal expressway toll plaza in no time. The Purvanchal Expressway toll for the bike was 335 INR to reach Varanasi or Buxar. The Bike toll on Purvanchal Expressway might seem extra but riding on that 335 Kilometres stretch was a treat. It has Rest stations 100 kilometres apart. I took a break at the first Rest station at Purvanchal Expressway to refuel and have some snacks. If you are even travelling from Lucknow to varanasi via purvanchal expressway you can maintain average speed of 100 KMPH where i maintained almost 105 KMPH. After, leaving Purvanchal Expressway, I headed towards Kolkata Delhi Highway near Aurangabad. The road from Purvanchal Expressway to Mohania is mostly single lane and one cannot maintain good speed because, it's through the villages of Uttarpradesh and Bihar. I took a halt at Aurangabad as it was almost evening that day. The next day in the morning, I started almost from Varanasi to kolkata by road at about 6:15 AM. I rode nonstop and crossed Bihar and Jharkhand in no time. The road conditions from Bihar to Dhanbad are mostly bad apart from the last stretches of 80-90 kilometres and full of diversions and patch works. After entering West Bengal, the road condition of durgapur expressway was pathetic due to extension work. I reached home at 2:30 pm, covering a total distance of 530 kilometres in just 8 hours maintaining an average speed of 65 KMPH.
