DISCOVERY BAY HONG KONG - one of the outlying islands in HK, I learned about this hike when we conduct a hiking clean up drive in this area. Went back there to just hike and enjoy the place while hiking. It's two(2)hours to be exact with a little breaks in between and taking photos/videos on the way. But still depends on your pace. Good for solo hikers, beginners and could be a nice hike during summer time as it's well shaded on the most part. You can also start the other way around if you like. From Mui Wo to Discovery Bay and you can visit a nice waterfalls at Discovery Bay Road. So much to see around on this outlying islands.
