This is a documentary made by Michael Dean for the BBC 30 years ago now that I kept.This film describes and is a tribute to the career of John Watts Young, made just after launch of STS-1.It illustrates just how professional and committed John was to the space programme,and in terms of skill, experience and longevity .He is perhaps the greatest Astronaut of all time,and has a record which can never be surpassed when man's first ventures into space are discussed.I have been privileged to meet John on 2 occasions.
