Almost two years ago exactly my 2002 WRX developed a fuel leak from a rusted pinhole on top of the fuel tank. I took a small gamble and attempted to use a cheap aftermarket tank, but for multiple reasons it just wasn't going to work. So I bit the bullet and replaced it with a brand new OEM tank.
