Jeff Mouttet is the owner of Riverside Cigar Shop & Lounge as well as the founder of Fosforo Cigars. Following a degree in business administration and a successful career in the automobile industry, Jeff opened his cigar retail shop in 2011. A couple of moons thereafter, the launch of Fosforo Cigars - initially intended to be a house blend for Riverside - marked yet another milestone in his career, leading down the rabbit hole of manufacturing his own boutique cigar brand.
