Driving distance from Selfoss to Eyrarbakki it's 12.6 km , it's about 10 minutes with the car. Selfoss is one of the largest towns in Iceland outside of the capital area. It sits by the Ring Road that encircles the country and acts as a gateway towards the South Coast. Eyrarbakki is a fishing village on the south coast of Iceland with a population of about 570 people, not including inhabitants of the prison located there.
