Suigetsu has always been an underrated character ever since he was first introduced to the Storm series. In Connections he has become more viable and his combo routes have received some improvements though. His damage is still alright and without the right team synergy he can be a pain to play with against the current meta of the game. Thanks to ‪@KojiMadarA333‬ I will showcase this character to you all, since I've been requested to play with her. Suigetsu has two primary jutsus in his arsenal. The first jutsu sends out three waterwaves towards your opponent. On hit it causes them to be in a bounced state, which makes it easier for you to confirm a dash after this or an assist call. This jutsu is his main combo extension tool and should be used wisely since it only goes in a straight line. Only use this whenever you are in a combo or when you are absolutely sure you will hit your opponent in neutral with it. His second jutsu is a standard water dragon that he sends out towards your opponent. On hit it causes the opponent to be in a knocked down state, so there isn’t much to do after this. You can ofcourse combine it with assists that have an OTG (assists that hit grounded enemies), but other than that it is only a projectile that should be shot at medium-long range. Overall, Suigetsu is a pretty solid character but lacks the tools to really combat some of the high tier characters in the game.
