Mini Forge Build - Making It Yourself

In this video I make two mini forges for heat treating knives. I make a 2 fire brick forge and a 4 fire brick forge inspired by John Heisz. I used furnace cement to adhere the bricks together, this is the first time I work with this material and am not sure how it will hold up. If you do this make sure you follow the instructions on the can, I followed the instructions the best I could and it seems okay. I used a hacksaw and a rasp to shape the 2 brick forge and may end up doing the same for the 4 brick forge. I may eventually but a protective case around them because they are very brittle and will probably get damaged in my shop. This was a fairly simple build I hope you enjoyed. Thanks for watching.
