Use Camera Raw Filter in Photoshop Cs6 in any layer. i have given you a script installer that enable Camera Raw filter in photoshop to be used on any layer and any file like JPG, tiff, PNG. I have tried only on Photoshop Cs6, try it with photoshop CS4 (im not sure it may or maynot work of Cs4). while installing make sure your installation folder is photoshop CS6 (or the photoshop version you use). Watch 0:33 , i have chose photoshop CS6 folder to install. This script works for both 32bit version and 64bit Version.
