My girl was basically at ZERO Vitamin B4. I think we determined that MILK does have B4 but very little Vitamin D, which is just insane. I thot I remembered PEARS having B4. Well, let me tell you! Pears have 656.+ Vitamin B4 ! Just 1 pear can take my girl from ZERO to over 100%. Coffee has a lot, too, but is much harder to find than pears. As for Vitamin D, the last time I checked, 1 tin of SARDINES is 50% of Vitamin D requirement. I think we will check the Fish Factory next video, if I don't get distracted... So, I almost lost my 80# Mohawk. Then, I almost crashed into the water in a big creek. I would have lost everything, I think. Plus, I was overweight, so I might have drowned AND lost all my carryable loot. FML. That was a close one. I need to drop a few full crates back at the house before I lose them and everything in them. Thanks for watching!
