Chocolate chips cookie cups . Ingredients 115g butter 90g brown sugar 80g castor sugar a pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 large egg 250g flour 1/2 tsp Baking soda 1/3 cup chopped chocolate chips . Instructions 1. Whisk butter, brown sugar & sugar together in a bowl. Whisk until become light in colour & fluffy. 2.After that, add in egg & vanilla extract. Whisk until it become light & fluffy. 3.Stir flour & baking soda together. Then pour half into the batter. Mix to combine, then add the other half. Mix until just combine. Don't over mix. 4.Add in the chocolate chips. Mix to combine. 5.Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. 6.After resting, take out from the fridge. Scope it using 1 tsp spoon (16g) & roll it into a ball. Put it in a cup mould & press lightly. Bake it in preheated oven (170C) for 25-30 minutes. 7.Take out from the oven & take it out from the mould. Bake it again for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. 8.Take out from the oven & let it rest on the baking tray for 1 minutes before transfer it to wire rack to cool down completely. 9.Once cool down, pipe in the Nutella into the cookies cups.
