Test Environment Setup The motor was powered using a 3V battery. A magnet sensor is placed on the side of the belt - approximately 2–3 mm away from the belt. The sensor is connected to digital input 2 (DIN2). The digital input is configured for Low Frequency. Using a ×61 corrector on the software, the testing result matches the readings from the tachometer (very close). Using the RPM value to activate the meter counter, so the hour meter is  activated when the motor starts  running.
