Musée Magazine is proud to present our newest episode of…6 QUESTIONS WITH. Born out of our time of isolation, but as intimate as sitting across from a friend; we have asked some of our incredible artists from our latest issue to film themselves answering 6 QUESTIONS that we provide. Ranging from the motivation and execution of their work, to what may inspire their incredible genius, we encourage you to sit back and let these videos transport you into the mind of some of today’s most influential and exciting photographers. For the fourth installment of this exciting new series, we feature curator and critic, Vince Aletti. Aletti was the photo critic for the Village Voice for 20 years before becoming the paper’s art editor in 1994. He now works at The New Yorker, as well as writes a monthly column for Italian Vogue called “This is Not a Fashion Photograph” and a regular column about photo books for Photograph Magazine. In 2019, Phaidon published Aletti’s “Issues: A History of Photography in Fashion Magazines.” Aletti currently lives and works in New York. This series can also be found on our YouTube channel & Instagram IGTV. For more information on Vince Aletti please see Musée Magazine No.24 Identity, now available at the Musée Magazine shop.
