In this video I show how I built a teepee trellis in my vegetable garden for my tomatoes to grow up. I used bamboo and twine and it was pretty easy to make. I've seen some interesting examples of this type of teepee online, so I thought I'd try building one in our garden. A bamboo teepee seems like a great, sturdy structure to help my tomatoes climb as they grow. You can also build a teepee trellis for climbing beans, peas, cucumbers, and any other climber.
