Do not adjust your posture. Let the body be exactly as it is. 2. Let your attention drop from your head into your weight. Notice where gravity already has you. 3. Do not “breathe deeply.” Let the breath move as it wants. 4. Ask quietly: What part of me has already arrived without trying? Wait. When you sense something a heaviness, warmth, vibration, softness do nothing with it. Let it know you noticed. If a movement happens, let it be small. If nothing happens, that is also arrival. Stay for 2–3 minutes. Then stop before you feel finished.
