this sketchbook is the strathmore toned tan 9x12 inch for anyone wondering. my absolute fav rn, i had no idea how much i needed a tan sketchbook. i prob already told this story but i went to michaels to get this and they didnt have the 9x12 on the shelf so i thought they didnt have it but then i saw that thing sitting way up on the top of the shelves, you know where it's like "please ask an employee for assistance" why yall hiding them???? anyways i made bailey lift me up so i could grab it. in front of god and everyone. ASMR stands for "autonomous sensory meridian response," and is defined by wikipedia as a "tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine." ASMR can be triggered by audio or visual stimuli. everyone is different: some people get ASMR from certain sounds but not others, and also not everyone experiences ASMR! but even if you don't get that "tingling sensation" it can still be helpful to relax you or help you fall asleep. here is a link to a playlist with a lot of trigger tests to see what triggers your ASMR.    • Playlist
