Only downside is the harsh impacts on bumps at lower speeds from removing the soft rubber thrust arm bushing and doing the monoball. I feel the tradeoff is worth it. I specifically went with DINAN because it was the only monoball kit on the market that came with sealed bearings with rubber boots. If you use a conventional unsealed monoball and debris gets into the housings they will be destroyed in a matter of months. This info I received from speaking to other race vendors such as Fall Line Motorsports. Considering the high levels of debris where I live and drive the DINAN Monoball kit was the first choice. The Installation of the monoball into the thrust arm is easy however removing the arm from the car can be a huge PITA as I highlight at the end of this video.
