Shipwreck Explorers LLC – Milwaukee Car Ferry • Uncut Solo Dive | August 2025 This solo dive takes us to one of Lake Michigan’s most dramatic wrecks: the Milwaukee Car Ferry, a 338-foot railroad car ferry resting deep below the surface. Operated by Shipwreck Explorers LLC out of Milwaukee, this dive requires advanced certification and cold-water readiness for a truly immersive look at Great Lakes history. Filmed in real-time with no narration or music, the wreck emerges gradually through the gloom—railroad cars still lying across the deck, engine sections intact, and the massive hull stretching into the distance. The dive captures both the eerie solitude of the wreck and the sheer scale of this freshwater giant.
