Preheat oven to 450 degrees 2. Pat dry pork belly. 3. Put salt, pepper, and sugar on it. 4. Put it in the oven for 30 minutes, and then lower the temp 275 for an hour. 5. Chop up the veggies. 6. Mix sriracha and mayo to make spicy mayo. 7. Then we’ll mix the veggies and the spicy mayo to make a slaw. 8. Boil water and cook noodles for 3 minutes, and strain the noodles. 9. Mix the noodles with 2 eggs, the ramen seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of corn masa. 10. Oil the pan and on medium heat, use the taco form and put the mixture in it, 1/4 of the ramen mixture per taco shell. 11. Cook for 1 minute. 12. Flip, and smash down the noodles, and cook for another minute. 13. Put in the taco form, with parchment paper 14. And then place the tacos in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 15. Pull out the pork belly and brush with hoisin sauce. 16. When it’s cooled, cut it into thinner strips 17. Pull out the taco shells 18. Hoisin sauce at the bottom of the taco. 19. Pork belly set next, then the veggie slaw on top.
