Strange weak flipper Issue only during Multiball ... on Williams the Flintstones Pinball Machine

Both lower flippers seemed to get weak and lose power only during multiball play. I pull both flipper PCBs and clean/reflow solder. I end up stirring up an issue with the ball trough PCB where it will not "see" the ball #1 in the trough. It gets a credit error message on the display. One of the optos on the trough PCB failed and I replace it with one from an old "parts" trough PCB. It's always a big pile of joy when I go to make a simple repair and stir up another issue.... luckily I have a pretty deep parts bin that I can dig through and hopefully get our machines back playing as they should.
