The Automated Packing and Weight Verification System is designed to efficiently pack items according to user specifications and subsequently verify the packed boxes' weight for compliance. Upon receiving user input, the system orchestrates the packing process, ensuring that items are appropriately placed within designated containers. Following packing, each box undergoes weight verification. If the weight falls within the predetermined limit, the box proceeds along the conveyor for further processing. However, if the weight exceeds the specified threshold, a pusher mechanism redirects the box to a separate conveyor for reevaluation, thereby ensuring stringent quality control and adherence to weight requirements. The PLC programming is done using CoDeSys and utilizes Ladder. SFC and FBD for efficient and modular programming.
