I usually like to use rice flour because to me it’s just not as chalky/powdery as using whole rice, (since the rice is already mulled for me 😅) but I know a lot of you had a hard time finding it so here you go, struggle no more, you know I like to show you all how easy and fun cooking is so I really hope you enjoy this super easy and delicious recipe. Keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, this is the way I was taught.
