Hustling through Copenhagen Airport (CPH) | Terminal 2 to Gate E112 - Copenhagen, Denmark - 4K UHD

All passengers, prepare for departure. We're hustling through Copenhagen International Airport (CPH) on our way to Gate E112. Specifically, this is Terminal 2 for international departures and arrivals, and even just this terminal is rather large. If you're flying out of Copenhagen, Denmark, you'll want to ensure you've plenty of time as the walk alone to many gates is 10-15 minutes. That time does not include the time for check-in, security, and customs. Airport size notwithstanding, travelers should also be aware that Copenhagen is not a large city. A taxi from the Nyhavn Canal/Street takes about 20 minutes. If you're going to, or leaving from, the cruise port, you're looking at 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Copenhagen makes port to many a Scandinavian cruise, so the later is likely. We made Copenhagen our home for a couple days pre- and post-cruise for Royal Caribbean's ship, the Voyager of the Seas. A public service announcement: If you're leaving out of Copenhagen, depending on your final destination, you're likely to have a flight transfer elsewhere in Europe. We were traveling back to the United States, and if this is you, you'll likely stop over in either Manchester Airport or London Heathrow Airport. When you're planning your trip, avoid Manchester. The airport is nightmarishly disorganized and understaffed. These issues forced all transferring passengers to go through customs and security a second time, which took near an hour with security tearing apart EVERY passenger's bag.
