Boston, past midnight. We’d been running all over the city, taking in everything we could — Harvard Library, RnB rooftops, Chinatown, and more. Dawn would take us to a music cruise in Nova Scotia, but for now, we were back in our suite, and we felt like creating. So we hit record and let the music take us. Improvisation is our favorite — landing fully in the moment, letting the sound guide us. The first track takes a little time to warm up, but once it does, it pulls us into its own world. Elysian Moon has always been about these fantastical realms, places that feel more real than reality itself. Imagination is our superpower, and music is the doorway. He is a long time recording engineer for world-renowned classical music festival, Festival Mozaic, and touring audio engineer for Alan Parsons Project and Jeff Bridges, among others. Evolving their project into Elysian Moon, the duo have now launched their own eclectic and cinematic dance music label, Tropo Records.
