DJI Neo Problem: Losing Satellite Connection with RCN3

The DJI Neo has a problem. In order to capture video with lower sharpness and noise reduction, you must use a remote like the DJI RCN3. But, I've noticed, and several on the internet have commented about a real problem with the DJI Neo and the remote. Flying in what should be perfect conditions- full sun over a textured environment- the drone will be operating fine, when suddenly the satellite connections drop out and the drone begins to drift out of control. In this video, the drone drifted over water and I had to wrk try hard to bring it back and down safely. There are stories of drones flying away or crashing. I'm not sure DJI can fix this with firmware. There are some reports that the GPS antenna is in a bad location. But, if they can't fix it, they must allow the camera settings to be changed when flying with the app. This is the one issue that could make me sell the Neo. I bought the remote for when I want to get better video that the quick shots. If I can't trust the drone to remain in control, I can't use it. (I know you can do a screen capture, but I wasn't trying to test for this, it just happened. zoo, I didn't have a screen capture video. You can find other posts that have the screen capture videos.)
