The plaintiff hired the defendant to clean her mother’s house after she passed away. The plaintiff told the defendant her mother had been a hermit, never went outside, and the walls became coated in nicotine, warning her it would be a hard job. The plaintiff says she paid the defendant for three days’ worth of work, but she did a horrible job cleaning the house. She’s suing for her money back.
