Welcome back to Study With Antonio! Menu of the day: 3-hour study with me session! We'll go over 3 intense hours using what has become the standard 50-10 pomodoro split! Personally, I've always preferred the 45-15 split (I've been using it for years when preparing for an exam or working through deadline-packed days); however, as of recently, I felt like 15 minute-breaks were becoming "too much" and I felt I needed to find a better balance between focusing and resting. In short, I found out that it became harder and harder for me to get back in the zone with 15-minute breaks. so giving my brain a healthy but shorter rest time became the ideal compromise between never losing momentum and giving my mind the space and rest it needs to keep performing at a high level.
