This is a single product integrated with digital optic warp, weft stop motion and weft pick counter for shuttle based power looms. If warp yarn break-up or overlap each other, weft pirn near to end of user predefined limit, product will stop the machine through electromagnetic actuated hand break then indicate the types of fault with an alarm. When normal running, display will show the number of picks to estimate the weaving length of cloth. The pick value is stored into internal memory when power failure and continue the same when power comes again.
