Hi there. This video is just a quick introduction to my channel. I plan to upload more content as my project continues and hop you can follow along with me. I purchased a 1967 Mk1 Classic Australian Mini. At the time I was relatively new to Mini’s and stupidly I rushed into purchasing one of the first licensed and roadworthy cars that came up for sale. The car drove well and has a recently rebuilt 1275 a series motor. The biggest flaws with the car is the poor previous repairs to the floor pan and that the iconic side seams have been removed. The car has also lost a bit of its iconic shape due to the huge amount of filler used to conceal the poor job that was made out of removing the seams. My goal is to strip the car back to bare metal, repair any bodywork, respray, rebuild and bore out the motor along with fully restoring the front and rear sub frames.
