Infamous video game muckraker Crowbcat has recently been revealed, without question, to be the alt of niche streamer Michael Does Life. The writing was on the wall. CONTEXT: Michael was nearly 7 hours into a stream last night where he was jumping around different video games and "filtering" out "fake fans" multiple times in his very aggressive, anti-social manner. Nothing new, but near the end of the stream, when the crowd was small and only familiar names were in the chat, he got more candid and began messing around with YouTube settings on stream. Someone pointed out that Crowbcat's YouTube bio was changed to include "MDLife" during this. Once everyone watching the stream noticed the change in Crowbcat's bio, Michael suddenly became extremely coy and non-chalant about it despite the chat being flooded with nothing but comments on the revelation for over 40 minutes. Shortly after the stream concluded, Michael switched the stream VOD to Members Only and the "MDLife" comment was subsequently removed from Crowbcat's bio. Everybody watching caught on. Crowbcat is known in the MDL "community" as a silent fan who has used clips of Michael in his videos before, but has recently spoken in the chat during a pre-stream, trying to get ahold of Michael's information for DM'ing purposes. Their overlap in taste and eye for detail has always been noticably apparent, with selective interests in certain games' "failures". This is most easily seen in Crowb's "RE4: soul vs soulless" video, which uses expert trolling tactics to try and persuade others' perspectives towards Michael's, which is that the Resident Evil 4 Remake is supposedly missing detail and care as opposed to the original. The excessive lengths at highlighting these artistic discrepencies are unique to Michael and Crowbcat only in the YouTube gaming space. Michael's dedicated viewers picked apart all of the undeniable similarities, as seen in this reuploaded clip. It's evident with the timing of Michael's on-air fiddling and Crowb's bio change that they are, indeed, the same person. As one fan puts it, "crowbcat is his critical and high IQ side and this show here is his autistic side". The man who needs no words to convey his message has been blabbering about it elsewhere for over a decade on the same platform. It's so plain to see now. How did we not figure this out beforehand?
