in this videos, I’ll go over the satellite page to explain the data displayed on screen along with the menu options available. From the main menu, if you don't see the SATELLITE icon on the screen, then you can tap on the ADD PAGE icon and add it to the main menu. I mentioned in the video that you could go to SETUP but that brings you to the SATELLITE SETUP MENU and not to the page where you see the actual data. On the Satellite page, you can view a number of data elements: Current position satellite accuracy satellite rings satellite signal strengh Tapping on the menu allows you to change the orientation of the satellite ring from Track up to North up, Single or multi color, and get to your satellite setup. From the Satellite setup, you can turn off the GPS or select one or a combination of satellite networks to receive signals from or demo mode (GPS off). Bare in mind that depending on your selection if may affect battery life. Note that while the 700 allows you to receive either GPS, GPS+ GLONASS or GPS + Galileo It has been observed by other users that the inReach models (700i, 750i) does not offer GLONASS receiver. If you recall, Russia and few other countries do not allow the usage of inReach.
