𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘁 Mike Pickett spent over a decade on the mission field in Russia, where he taught at the Charis Bible College campus and oversaw operations for Andrew Wommack Ministries. In 2015, he and his family relocated to the United States. He currently serves as an executive vice president of AWM and Charis. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁𝘁 Carrie Pickett served sixteen years as a missionary in Russia, establishing Charis St. Petersburg. Now based in the United States, Carrie serves as an executive vice president of AWM and Charis.
