No, this isn't a bug. This only works on spells capable of a Follow-Up attack, or chainfire casting in some cases (which there really isn't an animation to cancel in that case). These incantations explicitly state that you can perform a follow-up attack, and the follow up attack is always faster, for every incantation. This rule applies to Dragon Claw, Black Blade, Magma Breath, etc. I just used Dragon Claw as an example. You can't infinitely combo either. You can only perform one follow up attack, and then you have to sit through the animation of whatever that last incantation is. If the incantation followed up with is a Chainfire spell, you can continue chainfiring, but there's less benefit to this, since follow-up incantations have a slower startup animation than simply using a chainfire incantation. The only real upside there would be the animation cancel. Also, all follow-up incantations have two separate animations. The initial attack and the follow-up attack. So, for example, if you chain Dragon Claw into Black Blade, you will cast the first animation of Dragon Claw, and the final animation of Black Blade. Incantations with the special effect "Can be cast without delay after performing another action", however, ARE bugged. those Incantations cause unintended effect if you cast them twice in a row, and then immediately switch to another Incantation. in some cases, the spell will activate almost instantly, whereas in others it will fail to activate them altogether. this is a completely different interaction compared to what's shown in the video.
