This song with the lyrics is only in the Japanese version of Tatsunoko vs. Capcom. Other versions of the game just use the instrumental version of the song. Bizarrely, the lyrics talks about punching a woman. It even mentions Rick rolling and it seems strange if their not going to release it outside of Japan.
