Late Autumn City Commuter Ride 2014

A rare "Indian Summer" kind of day just for our Vets on November 11th. There is a forecast for snow on the weekend, so it may be the last ride of the season. This video is just a bicycle ride around the "french quarter", a park, and Margaret St downtown. What makes this ride different, is that I used a GoPro chest mount for the camera instead of the handle bar mount on the bike itself. You'll see the low sun & blue sky the area is noted for also many autumn leaves on the ground still. If you listen close you can hear the pedal assist kicking in & out under all the wind noise. This is the bicycle I fixed up to go up the "mountain" to the grocery stores like Price Chopper, Walmart, Hannaford, & Aldi. I can recharge it's pedal assist via solar panels to avoid adding carbon from fossel fuel into our atmosphere and help to save my great grandchildren's lives.
