The holidays are here and although 2020 has been one crazy year, it did not ruin Christmas. Why not fill your warm cozy home with the smell of freshly baked cookies. Join me and Alyssa as we make Graham Cracker Cookies. This cookie is simple but delicious. You can also add chocolate chips to this cookie. I hope you give this recipe a try ! Ingredients: Graham Cracker Cookies: ⁃ 1/2 cup melted butter ⁃ 1/3 cup sugar ⁃ 1/2 light brown sugar ⁃ 1 large egg ⁃ 1 teaspoon vanilla ⁃ 1/2 teaspoon baking soda ⁃ 1/2 teaspoon salt ⁃ 1 1/2 cup flour ⁃ 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 1. Preheat oven to 350° and start placing on your cookie pan. 2. Place in oven and set timer to 12-13 min. 3. Add in butter, both sugars and mix. 4. Then, mix in one egg and vanilla. 5. Put your baking soda and salt in the bowl. 6. Add in the flour until bowl is clean (no flour residue on bowl). Your dough would have formed. 7. Finally, add in your graham cracker crumbs and kneed once the graham crackers have been evenly blended into the dough. 8. Make golf ball sized cookies and place on a non-stick cookie sheet. 9.
