Anthony’s Way – The Road to Kindness invites the community to come together for its 3rd Annual Walk for Kindness & ADHD on Saturday, February 28 from 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM at Carolina Beach Lake Park. The event encourages participants to walk one mile, perform acts of kindness, and raise awareness and support for children and families navigating ADHD. Open to everyone, whether personally connected to ADHD or simply passionate about kindness, the walk aims to foster connection, reduce stigma and remind families they are not alone. Founded in memory of Anthony Bellezza, Anthony’s Way - The Road to Kindness focuses on empowering children and teens with ADHD through compassionate care, community education and kindness-driven initiatives. This year’s Carolina Beach walk will feature: -Community one-mile walk around Carolina Beach Lake -Orange Heart kindness activation where participants build a wall of kindness messages -High-energy martial arts demonstration from Dynamic Martial Arts students -Hotdogs & burgers available from The Island Men -Post-walk community gathering at The Veggie Wagon with music and chai cider (portion of proceeds supports the nonprofit) -Participants are encouraged to wear orange and bring friends and family to join the movement.
