U. P Police officer Prashant Kumar claimed that a forensics report showed that the Hathras victim, a 20 year old Dalit Woman , was not raped. Barkha Dutt meets the doctors at Aligarh Medical College, where the victim received medical treatment. The Doctors explain that their final report ( based on forensic tests done in Agra) rule out evidence of intercourse. The swabs were taken on the 22nd when the victim first mention sexual assault. The attack took place on the 14th. It was too late to find sperm that only remains alive for 96 hours.
