The strangest thing about this fruit is how it grows, I always thought it grew on a tree until I went to the DOLE plantation in Hawaii as a kid… mind blown! Pineapples grow in these little bushes that look like agave plants, and they grow straight up, not like hanging like a coconut. So strange… but hey, lets see how they fare against a gunpowder charge!
