In this final episode of Season 2 of Gong Fu Tea|chA, So-Han recaps the various types of tea we've explored over the course of this season, and we draw a map to outline the various categories. We learn about the oxidation spectrum first, which encompasses Green, Oolong, and Red tea. Then we go outside of the oxidation spectrum to discuss White Tea and Aged White Tea. Afterward, we hop over to the world of tea fermentation (compost) to learn about Hei Cha ("Black Tea").
