It is mainly a texture hack, but also changes many animations to look bugged. Oh did I mention, Sonic's name is changed to Vista, so it kinda fits his name. Every characters names and textures are changed to fit them. Metal Sonic is Windows 95, Shadow is Windows 8, as the ultimate lifeform, and annoying Silver is the annoying Windows ME. Also this mod has great music, matching perfectly with the purpose of the mod. It is really funny, but it reaches it's top point against Sİlver fight in my opinion. It's music is just awesome. I go through Blue Hill Error. Then I play all the rival fights. As you will see from Blue Hill Error, physics are altered too. Anyways, Silver/Windows ME is my favourite part of this mod.
