Lucha Reyes le agrega un nuevo matiz a su estampa, en esta primera entrega: una luz que sale de su presencia y un fuego que escapa de su voz. Cuando interpreta al poeta Juan Gonzalo Rose en “Tu voz”: “Inútil es decir que te olvidado…” nos dice que ella vive, persiste y que existe, amén del tiempo. Pero al escucharla interpretar a Chabuca Granda, no hace más que recoger un ‘tempo’ que la “Flor de la canela” solo posee en su versión original. Cadencia, altura y profundidad en un solo trino. Igual ocurre con Laureano Martínez Smart, compositor casi inadvertido por el recuerdo. Gran poeta y con “Hace tiempo”, Lucha Reyes nos refresca aquello que tiene la identidad, el ser equivalentes no por igualdad sino por complementariedad. De los 16 temas de este volumen, hay un solo motivo que está definido en el nombre de un valse “¿Qué cosa tú me has hecho?” de Ángel Bagni Stella. ¡Vaya abanico el de este disco! ¿Y qué nos hizo Lucha Reyes?. Nos dejó un legado inmarcesible para ser vuelto a oír, y aunque muerta, su voz, inútil es decir que se ha olvidado. The unforgettable, is a value that is anchored in the heart rather than in the memory. Lucha Reyes added a new hue to her imprint, in this first delivery: a light comes out from her presence and fire escapes from her voice. When she sings the song from the poet Juan Gonzalo Rose "Tu voz" (Your voice): “Inútil es decir que te he olvidado…” (Needless to say, I forgot you...) tells us that she lives, persists and exists, besides the time.
