Decided to take dash cam challenge from Sister and turn it into cruise through the old neighborhood where I grew up, past our old family farm, past the Christiana Vol Fire Dept, Millers Grocery, and along roads I grew up riding my bike on when I was young. Challenge from Susan: from Christiana to Bell Buckle, parallelling the CSX railroad Trax as much as possible. Challenge accepted. all the roads starting at Miller St, travel right alongside, and / or close to it for several miles, as well as cross it in 4 places along the route. 00:01 quick shot through downtown Bell Buckle TN, HWY 269n (cross the trax) Cruise around my old neighborhood - 02:34 Short Creek Rd (Christiana TN) 06:47 Miller Cemetery 07:05 Hoovers Gap Rd 08:23 Plainview Rd 09:24 Sledge Rd 10:14 Christiana Vol Fire Dept (just past the home I grew up in) 10:54 Wayside Rd 12:02 (back onto) Hoovers Gap Rd 12:50 Hwy 269w 15:04 Church St (downtown Christiana) 15:45 Johnson Rd parallel the trax - 16:11 Miller St 16:51 Daniels St 18:45 Main St (Millers Grocery) 19:07 Christiana Fosterville Rd (cross trax going into Fosterville TN) 26:54 Bell buckle Rd (cross trax in Fosterville TN) Note: This road is Bell Buckle Rd on the Rutherford County side of the county line, and Fosterville Rd on the Bedford County side of the county line. 31:59 Fosterville Rd 38:31 hwy 82 - Webb Rd 38:58 Hwy 269s Includes video in a video: pov of me reacting to last 20 years of changes to my old neighborhood, and course maps along the route. slightly surprised by the new houses, widening of the roads, and a solar farm where and old family friend once lived. Mix of royalty free blues music, and original music by Jack Johnson. Early morning drive may have been messing with the cameras focus, may have been me messing with the settings and not having it set right, either way, sorry about the slight blur
