The drier the chickpeas, the crispier they will be. Prepare the spice mixture Mix the salt, paprika powder and olive oil in a bowl. Season the chickpeas Put the chickpeas in the bowl and mix everything well so that the chickpeas are evenly covered with the spice mixture. Prepare the air fryer Distribute the seasoned chickpeas in the air fryer basket. Make sure that they do not lie on top of each other so that they crisp up evenly. Cooking in the air fryer Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees and cook the chickpeas for 24 minutes. Shake the basket after about 12 minutes so that the chickpeas become crispy on all sides. Cool and serve After cooking, take the chickpeas out of the air fryer and let them cool briefly. They will become even crispier as they cool. Perfect as a snack or as a topping for salads, bowls or soups. Enjoy!
